How to apply to Bed&Brains
You can apply for a Bed&Brains room by indicating the residence or room you are interested in. For reserved places for deserving students, please download the official call and attachments below.
Standard application
1. Choose your residence
Explore the Bed&Brains residences and identify the room or housing solution that best suits your needs.
2. Send your request
Contact us with your name, university, preferred period and, if available, the room code you are interested in.
3. Check availability
We will get back to you to confirm availability, required documents and next steps.
4. Complete the application
Once the relevant information has been reviewed, you will receive the instructions to complete the procedure.
Merit-based call
Reserved places for deserving students
Reserved housing places at preferential rates are available for deserving students. Please download the official call and attachments to review requirements, application rules and forms.
The official documents are currently available in Italian and english.
